Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
This policy explains how MindBridge (U) Ltd. ("MindBridge", "we") handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your organisation, telephone number and message. We also record the date and time of the submission and the technical address it came from, to help prevent abuse.
- Sign-in. People who sign in to the website's administration area or to our applications have an account; we store what is needed to operate that account.
- Cookies. The website uses a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie needed for forms and sign-in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible to authorised MindBridge staff. Our website and email are operated through our hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the law of Uganda, including the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
